Adrian Fahy

I graduated with an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College. As a therapist, I have been working with the students of Limerick Institute of Technology, both young and mature, for almost four years. It has been my privilege to sit with clients through challenges like anxiety, depression, loss, family issues and low self-worth.

As a pre-accredited counsellor with IACP, I work in accordance with their code of ethics. I practice an eclectic style of therapy and can tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of my client. Empathy and respect, as well as the belief that everyone is capable of making a positive change in their life, lies at the heart of my work.

While I understand that life can sometimes be difficult and painful, I also know that having a caring, non-judgemental and supportive therapist can make all the difference. I would be delighted to help you on your journey by offering a safe and confidential space, one when where you will be seen, heard and always supported.
