Magda is Certified Behavior Therapist with 15 years experience working with various special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, ODD, SPD, Down’s Syndrome, Intellectual Disability Global Developmental Disorder, also OCD and Eating Disorder.

Magda has graduated with a Master Degree in Education (Pedagogy) in 2008 from Gdansk University. She completed a Postgraduate Studies in Autism Spectrum Studies at University College Cork and Applied Behavior Analysis at SWPS University. She also completed an RBT course at Queen’s University Belfast. Magda has completed a number of professional trainings in the field of ASD, Positive Support and Irish
Primary Language Curriculum.

Magda is passionate about working with people on the Spectrum of Autism. She is very dedicated practitioner and focused on reaching a person’s full potential in order to improve independency.

Magda has extensive experience delivering staff training, parent training, designing and implementing Individual Education Plans and developing Behaviour Support Plans in many settings including special schools, mainstream schools, an ASD preschools and home settings. She worked closely with various professionals including SLTs, OTs,
TUSLA, CAMHS and EITs.

Magda has spent the past 15 years designing and implementing Early Intervention Home Programs and Behaviour Support Plans for children on the Autism Spectrum. She has substantial experience in using curricula such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R and AFLS.

Magda is registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland, ISBA ( The Irish Society for Behaviour Analysis ), she is a member of Social Care Ireland and pre accredited member of CORU. Magda is currently in a process of International Accreditation of IBAO ( International Behavior Analysis Organisation ). Magda is accredited member of Institute for Child Development and holds a Behavior Analyst Certification.

Magda worked as a Home Tutor for 10 years delivering Home Tuition Scheme through DES Scheme. She worked as a Special Education Teacher in Special School for 5 years and 9 years as a school Counsellor in Polish weekend school. She is currently working in Residencial Care Clinic as a Lead Pedagogue working in line with Social
Pedagogy and Positive Behaviour Support.
